Where are my children's accounts?
When you signed up for the program, you probably signed your children up at the same time. To find your children's accounts, click the “Accounts” tab on your homepage. This will tell you the usernames. If your child isn’t listed there, you’ll want to add a new account by following the procedure in the next question.

If you have already created your children's accounts, create an account for yourself and send a message to staff through notification asking them to link everyone’s account. Please include everyone’s username when sending your message.
