Where are my children's accounts?
When you signed up for the program, you probably signed your children up at the same time. To find your children's accounts, click the “Accounts” tab on your homepage. Then click “Family Accounts.” This will take you to a page that list all of your associated accounts. If your child isn’t listed there, you’ll want to add a new account by following the procedure in the next question.
How do I add family members?
- From your main page, click “Account” tab.
- Click “Add Child Account.”
- Enter the child’s information and click “Submit.”
- To manage these accounts, click “Family Members.”
If you have already created your children's accounts, create an account for yourself. You will then be able to link yourself to your child by going to “My Account” under the “Account” tab when you are logged in.
How do I log my reading?
The Winter Reading Program will be using bingo cards. Each age group will have their own bingo card to complete. Bingo cards are available at any Siouxland Libraries location or online.
I accidentally marked a bingo square without doing the activity! What can I do?
We currently do not have have an undo feature for the bingo cards. You would just need to complete the activity after the selection was made.
I sent you a message, but I haven’t gotten a response. When will I hear back from you?
We try to respond to every notification within 48 hours. Sometimes we receive a high volume of messages, so it may take a bit longer. We do try to read and respond to everything we receive. If you have a matter that requires urgent attention, contact your local library.
How do I claim the prizes I have won on READsquared?
Prizes can be picked up at any Siouxland Libraries location. Prizes can NOT be mailed.
How many bingo cards can I complete during the winter reading program?
One, you are guaranteed prizes for completing a bingo. BINGO is achieved with five consecutive squares up and down, across, diagonal, or by completing four corners. If you complete a bingo you can keep going and get a black out, which will put your name into our grand prize drawings.
When is the program?
This program will begin on December 15 and end on February 28.
